I provide consultative care to address geriatric-specific concerns including:

• Healthy aging, brain health, maintaining functional independence

• Recurrent falls

• Polypharmacy (use of multiple medications)

• Memory loss and cognitive decline

• Mood and behavior changes such as anxiety and depression, dementia-related behaviors

• Care partner stress

While I work in consultation with other care providers, I do not offer primary or urgent care services. Depending on the nature and complexity of the problem, follow-up visits may be needed.

Fees

• Initial Consultation $375 (60 minutes + 15 minute telephone follow-up)

• Follow-Up Appointment $250 (40 minutes)

• Telephone or Video Visit $50 per 10 minute increment
